Service Report – Vehicle Not Lifting Properly

Customer Concern:
Customer reported that the vehicle was not gaining lift.

Diagnosis & Findings:
Performed a thorough inspection and identified that the lift bolts were significantly worn, which was affecting the vehicle’s performance. Additionally, the filters were found to be dirty and in need of cleaning.

Service Performed:
• Replaced worn lift bolts
• Cleaned all necessary filters

Outcome:
After completing the repairs, the vehicle is now lifting and driving noticeably better than before. Customer was advised on the importance of regular maintenance to prevent recurrence.

It's been a wile sense I posted anything due to a lot been going on didn't have much time to get on the page but I'm back. Here we have a toyota nze came In for oil mixing with the antifreeze or better know as coolant I did a check up and noticed the head gasket was blown in the cooling ports. Had to take off the head and rebuild it from scratch here's the end result and car is runing better then ever🙏🏽👌
