IT Support Technician (Full Remote)

-Monitor and resolve technical tickets effectively.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT operations.
-Document technical issues and their resolutions.
π Requirements:
-English Language Skills: B2/C1 level proficiency.
-Computer Basics: Familiarity with operating systems, basic troubleshooting, and software installations.
-Shift Availability: Flexibility to work in three rotating shifts (day, evening, and night).
-Reliable Internet Connection and a quiet workspace.
