This week, we celebrated a very special milestone โ Margaret Maddernโs 15 years of service with L&F Transfers.
Margaret was recognised in Blackwater on Tuesday 28/04/26 alongside her team, marking an incredible 15 years of dedication, consistency, and hard work.
Over that time, Margaret has built a reputation for being reliable, steady under pressure, and someone who genuinely cares about doing things properly. Her commitment to the job and the people she works with has made a lasting impact on both the team and the wider business.
