Today is R U OK? Day 💛

A simple conversation can make a big difference. Take a moment to check in with your mates, family, colleagues, or someone you haven't spoken to in a while.

Sometimes, asking "Are you OK?" is all it takes to help someone feel seen and supported.

This NAIDOC Week, we recognise 50 years of celebrating the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The 2026 theme, “50 Years of Deadly”, marks a significant milestone and reflects on the contributions of Elders, leaders, and communities across the country.

This week, we take this opportunity to acknowledge and learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and perspectives, and to reflect on their ongoing contributions to our communities.
