Going camping this Easter? When it comes to waste, let’s do the right thing.

In nature, leave everything better than you found it. This will benefit the environment, ensure the safety of wildlife and have minimal impact on the natural area for the enjoyment of others.

Planning and preparation before you begin your trip will help eliminate any potential waste. We encourage campers to pre-sort their waste as items such as cardboard, glass, cans and plastic bottles are free to dispose of at any transfer station. Local Woolworth stores also take soft plastic.
