Tuning problems don’t always start with the tune. This customer came in for running and tuning concerns, and our diagnostic process pointed to one overlooked item: a dirty fuel filter. The solution was straightforward, but the impact was big—better performance and smoother running. We upgraded to a washable modern filter to make keeping the system clean easier than ever.

Boot opened, problems identified, and a proper solution designed. When this XY arrived, the existing fuel cell didn’t match the requirement and needed internal filling. We went further by building a custom tank for the vehicle, then changing the filler to external like the original build specification. We’ll be posting the final finished photos and details of the fabrication and filler conversion—stay tuned.

Designed for stability, improved control, and a more dialed suspension feel, this setup is part of the foundation for future performance changes.
