While I was away the last few days my Au Focus heater kept bringing up an E09 error message (over-temperature). I hadn't come across this before. When I removed the cushions to take a look under the seat I discovered the ducting had come free from the vent - hence the under-seat area was very warm while the rest of the van was still pretty cool. Just worth knowing if you hit this kind of error!
