Happy Monday everyone! We were catching up on paperwork and have to realise that our subscription for our tuning software is up for renewal and after the great success we've had so far with our tunes we were wondering if those of you out there would be interested in is tuning trucks as well! It has begun! We have already started to move into the warmer months of the year and have already seen multiple breakdowns due to overheating/cooling system issues.

To help prevent this we are offering free cooling system pressure tests to check the for leaks and overall integrity of your cooling systems. Doing so will help us find pre-existing leaks and find faults before they turn into major repairs.

It may not be anything overly fancy or exciting to most people but my new mobile desk has arrived which will allow me to spend more time on the floor instead of up in the office making everything more efficient whether it be invoicing, quotes, technical data, diag or even tuning by having all my resources readily available!

Good morning everyone! After discussing with Matt we have decided that we will not be attending the Ipswich Local Business Awards night as we simply have too much work/carry overs and as nice as it'd be to have a night off we thought it'd be more beneficial to use that time for work purposes putting our customers first.

So regardless of if we win on the night I want to say a huge thank you to all of you who have voted and supported us and hope everyone who does go enjoys their night. We simply just decided it was in the best interest of our customers that we use the time for work.

As I sit here trying to catch up on all the bookings, quotes and orders I got a little side tracked and accidentally clicked the comments tab and wanted to just say we do see your comments!

It's means so much when you all show your appreciation and want you all to know that we see you and love the community we are building together! I hope you all enjoy your weekend that little more for me while I'm stuck doing paperwork 🤣

As much as I may complain at times about having to fix or properly diagnose issues from previous workmanship or other shops I've got to admit seeing customers reactions when we are done is genuinely rewarding.

Whether it be their quote for thousands is an easy fix, an on going issue is finally sorted after months of going from shop to shop or just the simplicity of getting their car back and being able to just enjoy the drive again without hesitation seeing their smile makes it worth the stress, headaches and the daily increase of greys in my beard and hair 🤣

People always ask "do you work on this, do you work on that" and the simple answer is we work on pretty much anything with anything with an engine whether it be a bikes, boats, cars, trucks we've got you covered and we don't discriminate!

It could new, a classic or something in between we work on all makes and models whether it be Australian, American, Japanese, Korean, Chinese or even a Euro we have you covered for it all!

Just a quick notice to let everyone know that between how busy we are and the ability to receive/make calls and messages due to the quality of our reception we are trying to get back to everyone as quickly as possible and have also ordered a signal booster to hopefully help with our reception situation. We appreciate your understanding at this annoying point of time.

We know that we have a name for diagnostics and fixing problems that other shops haven't been able too but what really grinds my gears is the amount of people who tell us "we've been to this "specialist" and that "specialist" and been charged X and Y yet they still haven't been able to sort the issue" is insane!

What makes it worse is these "specialist" are meant to have all the knowledge and all the tools for thes specific types of vehicles whether it be euros, fourbys, jetskis etc and can't fix issues that have taken us literal minutes to reftify.

This afternoon we had a BT50 come in with a vibration after trying to get it sorted at numerous other shops and spending big dollars trying to get it sorted and all it ended up being was poor workmanship. The centre bearing had been bolted in upside down and the front wheels hadn't been balanced correctly.

If you are going to call yourself a "specialist" or say that you "specialise" in X, Y, Z can you at least be able to do the job. Customers are literally paying more for your expertise that seems to be non-existent.
