Nearly 16 years, plenty of machines, countless tricky faults — and Adam Reichelt still enjoys turning up to work not quite knowing what the day will bring. 🔧

Adam started his apprenticeship with Ramsey Bros straight out of school. At the time, he didn’t know much about ag — he just knew he liked machinery and was keen to learn.

Fast forward 16 years and he’s still learning, still solving problems and still getting a kick out of finally finding the answer to a fault that’s had everyone scratching their heads.

From servicing and breakdowns to helping customers get new machines up and running, there’s a lot of variety to life as a technician. And for Adam, that’s a big part of what keeps it interesting.

We sat down with Adam to hear more about his journey, the people, the machines and how much the technician’s role has changed over the years.
