Happy Birthday to the woman behind it all 🤍🎂
Today we’re celebrating someone who wears more hats than we could ever fit into one post. Business owner, apprentice, boss, mentor, problem solver, organiser, supporter, wife, mum and the person who somehow keeps everything moving even on the craziest days.
She’s not just behind the scenes running the business, she’s right there in the workshop too, learning, getting her hands dirty, working alongside the team and taking on her own apprenticeship while still helping everyone else along the way.
She’s proof that you’re never done learning, growing or challenging yourself. Running a business is already a full time job, but somehow she manages to balance that with being an apprentice, looking after our team and customers, keeping everything organised and, most importantly, being an incredible mum.
There are so many things that happen behind the scenes that people don’t see. The long days, early mornings, phone calls, paperwork, organising, problem solving, learning, supporting the team and the million little things that keep a business going. She’s there through all of it.
Dr Roadworthy isn’t just a business to her. It’s something she has poured so much time, work and heart into, and the family environment we have today wouldn’t be the same without her.
So today, it’s our turn to celebrate her.
