Brand new Mazda CX60 came in to have a custom stealth light bar mounted behind the front bumper 💡

This being a CAN bus switching high beam module it was a more complicated install than a standard high beam system due to the security encryption of CAN bus at the OBD port.

Using a oscilloscope we decoded CAN bus with no encryption to join the aftermarket lightbar into the factory high beam system ⚡️

Caravan and Dual Battery Charge Circuit ⚡️

When installing a dual battery or towing a caravan it’s import to have the right parts to ensure it all works correctly and your main starter battery won’t be affected. We always install a charge isolator switch from REDARC Electronics to ensure that charging to the second battery or caravan only happens when the vehicle is running 🚗

This job required a custom bracket to mount the charge isolator and circuit breakers as well as solid welded on trailer plug bracket at the back 🤙

Kitchenette in a horse float 🐎

Customer came to us looking for a caravan style kitchenette installed into her horse float.

Work completed
- Duel battery system with 240V Charger
- Reversing Camera
- Horse camera inside the float
- LED interior lightning
- Custom sink installed
- Custom shelf and bench
- 240V power points with 15amp input socket

Still to come on this job is a 12V compressor fridge and installing Anderson and Camera connections on the tow vehicle 🚗
