Customer Support is key.
Back in February this customer purchased a ecu remap. Last month the bike developed a popping sound in the exhaust and a lack of power (misfire) The local dealer told him that they can not help him and somewhat blamed the tune. After a discussion with the owner I offered to flash the bike back to standard to prove it was not tune related. the local bike dealer then looked at the bike and replaced the spark plug. Now that everything is sorted with factory warranty the ECU will have his old tune put back in in with no additional cost to the customer.

Here is a perfect example of being sold HORSEPOWER. The green power and torque graph clearly indicates a higher peak power figure at the cost of killing all bottom end torque. The red line is the clear winner when it comes to the "tractor factor" off road riding.
