Given how quickly news travels in this industry, we felt it was the right time to share this publicly.
It’s with mixed emotions that we announce Off Grid 4x4 has been acquired by one of our long-time customers — someone who truly shares the same passion and vision for what this brand stands for.
This business has been such a big part of our lives, and handing over the reins isn’t easy. We want to extend a genuine and heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us — our loyal customers, our dedicated team, and the wider community that’s grown around Off Grid. It has been an incredible journey, and we’re proud of what we’ve built together.
We’re confident the brand is in the right hands to grow even further, with new energy, fresh ideas and a real enthusiasm for the industry.
For anyone with a current build or a booking — it’s business as usual. Please don’t stress. You’ll receive a call or email soon just to confirm details and ensure everything continues smoothly. I’ll be heavily involved in the transition to make sure there are no hiccups.
To be honest, the last five years have taken a lot out of me, and it’s time for me to take a breath, reset, and spend some much-needed time with my family. Knowing the business is moving forward with people who are excited and passionate makes this step a little easier.
Over the next little while the showroom and workshop will be by appointment only as we do a major reshuffle and bring in some exciting new equipment.
