Natrad Autocare Whyalla is looking for a Receptionist!
Permanent Part Time position, immediate start
30-38 hours / week, Monday - Friday
We are seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Shop Receptionist to join our team at Natrad Autocare Whyalla.
About Natrad:
Natrad has been a national radiator manufacturer since 1922. We're the market leader in radiator and air conditioning repairs, replacement, and maintenance, and have the largest network of specialist radiator workshops in Australia.
The Natrad Autocare Whyalla workshop is a small, family run business that has been in the Whyalla community for over 35 years. We specialise in mechanical and air conditioning repairs, 4WD upgrades, and radiator recore and repairs.
The successful applicant's responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Booking in customers
- Invoicing and quoting
- Communication with fleet companies and trade companies
- Customer service, incl. money handling
- Freight management, including parts ordering
The successful applicant must have:
- Driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Organisation skills
- Professional manner and presentation
- Automotive understanding and administration experience preferred
