Changing the coil pack mounting system on the corolla, as good and solid as the original system was, it was annoying to change or check sparkplugs as you had to remove the whole coil pack assembly.

Now with the coils mounted under the fuel rail and a sub loom with a 6 pin Deutsch connector and full heat shrink sheath it makes for super simple spark plug maintenance and still easy removal of the coil packs if needed.

After a year of drifting with the new motor, the ke70 ripped the two upper trailing arms off the floor.
After ordering a equal length kit from third strike fabrication the conversion got started.
During the process the missing chassis rail was a concern so i made a interlock rail with dimple died holes tying the frontchassis rail to the rear rail and up to the cross support, giving the equal boxes extra Bracing.

Qualified 13th place and had a blast battling but unfortunatly was knocked out first battle.
