Just landed in Townsville! 🌴 Available for any rigging needs until the end of next week. After that, heading up to Cairns, then will be back later in the month on our way back to Airlie Beach.

A pre-sale rig survey today aboard a nice custom built 44ft catamaran. We were a little concerned about the swage terminals and the wire strands at the terminals, looking to have 'not been' roll swaged correctly.
Measurements of the swaged diameter of all terminals were taken and checked with manufacturers specifications. They all fell within the fine tolerances, so all good with the 3yr old rigging and fibreglass spars.

We refurbished a couple of 20yo Harken headsail sheet cars off a Lagoon charter cat. Custom made new sheaves and side rollers, new bushes, bearings and pins. They came up looking like new at under 1/2 the $ of replacements.
