That’s a wrap for WTAC 2026! 🏁

This year’s World Time Attack Challenge was a rollercoaster of emotions. From outstanding results across multiple classes to the disappointment of not seeing the Superlap Shootout go ahead, WTAC 2026 was an incredible event.

We’re proud to see our universal and custom aero packages continuing to deliver at the pinnacle of time attack, helping teams chase faster lap times and push the limits of performance.

A huge congratulations to all of our customers who achieved outstanding results, set new personal bests and pushed themselves to the limit.

For us, WTAC is more than just a race weekend. It’s where countless hours of design, development and manufacturing are put to the ultimate test.

Now the focus shifts to 2027.

We’re already looking forward to coming back faster, lighter and ready to push the limits further.

Our fastest lap at WTAC 2026 that secured us 5th place in Clubsprint Class.

Wasn’t able to beat our time last year, but with limited running and the warmer temperatures playing a factor we’ll take a second consecutive year at 5th.

Car is ready for more, we will probably enter other events to stretch its legs a little more and make the most of the progress of this year.

Thank you to our extended support team who played a part in getting the car to this position today.

Congratulations to the University of Sydney Rocketry Team for an outstanding result at the 2026 International Rocket Engineering Competition!

Achieving 1st Place in the 10,000 ft SRAD Hybrid Category with Project Galah, as well as 1st Place in the SDL Payload Challenge with Rock Daisy is an incredible achievement that reflects the team’s talent and dedication.

💥 2025 has been an enormous year on all fronts!

Thank you to all of our clients and friends who have supported us and trust our products, we are doing our upmost to keep pushing engineering limits and designing new products.

This year we have successfully helped build two Solar Race cars for and , countless aero parts and body panels, handful of full aero builds - R33 GTR, GT3 Lambo and Evo 9 which have amazed many spectators and drivers.

During this jam packed year we have found the time to also acquire and install a new downdraft spray booth and a new 4-Axis CNC machine. These two major upgrades to our infrastructure enables us to continue delivering the best quality parts heading into next year.

Stay tuned for 2026! More products are to be launched early in the new year, plus more major builds are set to begin!

Lightweight, aerodynamic, and built for the outback! 🌞🏎
Sydney Composites proudly supported ANU Solar Racing in the 2025 Bridgestone World Solar Challenge by contributing to the manufacturing of the car and providing expert training and knowledge to the team.

With the help of the students we built the cars aerobody and internal structures. The students spent 4 weeks in Sydney and during this time we delivered extensive hands-on training and assisted with the car’s assembly. Having the students with us was the perfect opportunity to offer real-world experience in advanced composite manufacturing. 🔧

The Western Sydney Solar Team placed 6th globally at the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge 2025, racing from Darwin to Adelaide in a car powered by the sun and sculpted for speed. 🏎🌞
