Let's give a big shoutout to:

Scott Wealands (first on the left) – A true testament to hard work and dedication! Scott has been with us for an impressive 15 years, starting as an apprentice and growing into a great problem solver. Congrats, Scott!

Terrance Cain (second on the left) – With an impressive 20 years under his belt, Terrance is the epitome of professionalism and teamwork. His upbeat personality and unwavering commitment to our organization have made a significant impact. Thank you for your valuable contributions, Terrance!

Mark Thomas (third on the left) – Our SEM General Manager, presented the awards to our outstanding team members.

Michael Simper 20th anniversary

We want to thank Michael for everything he has done for SEM Fire & Rescue and our team. He has been an essential part of the company’s journey and success.

We are eternally grateful for the dedication and passion Michael has shown over 20 years.

We want to congratulate him on achieving this fantastic professional milestone and wish him good luck with all the upcoming years of work.

Congratulations and Farewell to Daryl Domaschenz on his retirement.

Daryl Domaschenz joined SEM Fire and Rescue on 21.11.1989 as a 1st class body maker as a Leading Hand.

After gaining experience his work began to involve more complex jobs such as working on assembly prototypes and working in fabrication where he was always eager to help others.

Daryl progressed to become a Project Coordinator where he found a position where he could grow within the company.
Daryl supervised the build of a great range of emergency vehicles over his long career and he is proud of the time he spent working at SEM.

Daryl will be sadly missed as he is a great friend and colleague to all those that had the pleasure of working with him.
