Hey Everyone!

Just a friendly update on a policy that we have to enforce being a very small business located in a remote part of the country.

For a while we were taking deposits to ensure that we don’t fall behind in the unlikely case of a cancellation or no show, however we ceased that out of trust that customers would honour their bookings with us.

We don’t intend or want to bring back a booking deposit yet however we need to make it clear that there is a policy in place for cancellations and no shows as it can become very hard for us to survive in the Cape when we lose out on work.

There has been a large number of cancellations within the past month where we have had almost full weeks cancelled at the very last minute. We really hope the community can understand and continue to support us with these minor changes 🙂
