Hello there, Thank you for the very professional and helpful service in recent days. Your head office replaced the LCD & touchscreen on my wife\'s Motorola RAZR HD, all without losing her many business contacts and data. And then your kiosk within the shopping centre supplied and fitted a protective cover for the new screen. Unfortunately you didn\'t have a case available, but the young girl pointed me towards another supplier when I asked, which meant I could drive back to Warragul with a fixed phone and all the accessories I required. I had contacted a few other businesses about doing the screen repair, and it seemed all too hard for most of them. While your team were all professional, helpful, and offered service with a smile - something sorely missing from many retail employees these days. So thank you once again to you and your team.
