We have some sad news to share unfortunately we are unable to secure a coffee van for tomorrow.

Please make sure you grab your caffeine on your way to the track tomorrow.

But don’t fear we do have the wonderful Amanda from The Crafty Pit coming through with the goods of tasty food to fuel your belly’s for the day. Make sure you stop by and grab the best breakie burrito before drivers briefing.

Hi all, just a quick reminder if you are planning on entering this Sundays race meet if you can please enter before 9am Thursday.

If our numbers do not increase to a viable number we will be forced to cancel the race meet due to low numbers.

Hi all, don’t forget our working bee tomorrow.

Please bring along any yard maintenance tools you may have ie whipper snippets, madock, shovels.

Edges around track
Left side of entrance clean up
Geohex panels to lay on track
Pit yellow markers to install
Small areas to mow
Lantana bush to clear on right hand side entrance

Please see Bob on your arrival to get your name marked down so we can allocate a championship entry point to you or your driver.

Working Bee has been scheduled.

A task list will be drafted to help us maximise productivity.

Many hands make light work and don’t forget you are required to carry out 2 working bees at 4hours each or a blood donation to qualify for the championship.

Member call out. Do you or do you know of someone who owns a pump truck. We have a drain that needs a little attention to see what issue it has to cause it to not drain.
