Craig Glasson Smash Repairs, Wagga Wagga is looking for a Tow Truck driver or Tilt Tray driver to become part of our accident support and equipment transportation team.

For this role you will need:
*Minimum MR Truck license (HR, HC preferred).
*A minimum of 12 months good driving record.
*Tow Truck License (or willing to obtain). *Present a professional image to the customer through excellent service, safe operation, and timeliness.
*Perform necessary documentation timely and correctly, according to procedures.
*Be available for weekend and after hours work.
*Be willing to work locally (and interstate if required)
*Meet strict OH&S guidelines and company guidelines.
*Proven ability to safely load, restrain and unload various items.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
*Willingness to clean and maintain equipment.
*Some minor mechanical knowledge would be an advantage (but not essential).

This position is a full-time position. The successful applicant will be required to undertake a police check and drug and alcohol test.

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.

For this qualified Panel Be**er position you will need:
- Previous experience as a trade qualified panel be**er
- Perform final inspections of repaired vehicles prior to delivery to customers.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic, flexible attitude and be reliable
- Self-motivated and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Able to work effectively and collaborative in a team
- A Motor Vehicle Repairs Licence
- A current NSW Drivers Licence
- Your own tools
- Experience with Car-O-Liner measuring system. (Preferred, but not essential.)

The successful Panel Beating Apprentice must be passionate about the collision repair industry and keen to gain hands on experience in a fast paced work environment.

We are looking for a fitter with experience in panel beating, auto electrical, pre-delivery accessory fitting or other related mechanical trades to assist our team.

Responsibilities include:
- Installing towbars, bull bars, driving lights, electric brake controllers, roof racks, winches etc
- Diagnosing and repairing equipment efficiently and consistently adhering to requiring standards of work
- Component change outs as required
- Maintaining an appropriate inventory of spare parts
- Maintaining vehicles and auxiliary plant through repairs and routine maintenance in a safe and timely manner
- Safe use of hand, air and electric operated tools
- Reading and understanding fitting instructions
- Driving vehicles
- Professional and timely fitments

Job Requirements:
- Previous work experience fitting parts and accessories to passenger, SUV, 4WD and light commercial vehicles is essential
- A valid Driver's Licence is ESSENTIAL
- Excellent attention to detail and care for correct handling of products and vehicles
- Awareness of safe work practices and hazard identification
- Effective Communication skills
- Auto Accessories fitter background / experience
- Fabrication / Welding experience
- Competent with Hand / Power tools
- Exposure to Fitting & Turning machinery – i.e. Lathes & Mills
