Just a little update from us, we are back at work and slowly getting back into the swing of things after some time away with family.
On Saturday, Gareth’s dad Denis passed away peacefully. He was one of the kindest, most loving men you could ever meet, the sort of person who made everyone around him feel welcome, cared for and important. He loved his family deeply, and the impact he had on all of us will stay with us forever.
This last little while has been incredibly emotional, so we just want to thank everyone for their patience, kindness and understanding while we’ve taken the time we needed as a family.
We are easing back into work slowly, so please bear with us if replies or turnaround times are a little slower than usual while we find our rhythm again.
Thank you again for supporting us, not only as a business, but as a family too. 🤍

I’m still on cloud nine…

About a month or 2 ago, I got a message asking if I’d travel for a session…
and I was like
hell yeh I will
Like… you want me?
There are SO many photographers in your area…
but you picked me??
I swear just reading that message…
I felt like I’d already travelled to the moon and back.
Because honestly?
Not that long ago…
I would’ve said no.
My brain would’ve done its little spiral…
talked me out of it…
and I would’ve bailed before I even left the driveway.
But yesterday?

I didn’t.
I drove those few hours…
I hung out with the best people…
with the biggest head, the biggest grin…
and I absolutely thrived.

Turns out backing myself looks really fcking good on me.

Your tyres might look fine… but are they actually safe?

A lot of people don’t realise tyres can be worn or unsafe even if they still have tread. Things like uneven wear, cracking, or poor alignment can cause bigger issues down the track.
If something doesn’t feel quite right while driving, it’s always worth getting it checked.

A quick inspection now can save you from a much bigger repair later.

Some of you will remember our old shed dog, Cola she eventually became the best little workshop sidekick. Her anxiety showed up when she was alone, which is how she ended up spending her days here. Over time, the workshop became her safe place.

So today, we’d like to introduce you to Dodge.

Dodge is our not so little Boxer, and his worries are a little different. He finds new people, new noises and unexpected movement a bit overwhelming. He’ll be spending some time in the office with me while we slowly help him build confidence around the workshop environment.

He can be a little vocal when he first hears someone come in, but he does settle once he realises everything is okay.

For now, the office door will stay closed to keep him in here with me while he gets used to the sounds and movement.

If you pop in, the best thing you can do is simply ignore him and let him adjust in his own time, he is super cute so it will be so hard!

We’re taking it slow and steady.

And if there happens to be a suspicious smell in the office… we can confidently blame Dodge. 🐾😅

He’ll be booking your cars in, in no time! 🚗

🚗 WORKSHOP UPDATE🚗

Hi everyone!

I’m Sharni, Gareth’s wife, and I’m now helping out in the office three days a week, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday to TRY😆 keep everything organised and running smoothly.

As most of you know, Gareth has built this business from the ground up — and thanks to all of you, it’s become insanely busy (which is amazing… but also means things need to run a little differently now).

Now for the important bit 👇

🔧 For safety reasons, customers are NOT allowed in the workshop or near the hoists at any time.

Please wait near the office and call out if needed.

We know everyone loves a good chat with Gareth — but when he gets stopped mid-job, it slows everything down and makes it harder to get your cars back to you on time.

💬 If you see me in the office, come on in!

I may not be mechanically minded (I couldn’t tell a spanner from a spoon 😆), but I CAN book your vehicle in, answer questions, and make sure Gareth looks over it at the right time — without derailing the entire day.

This setup means:

✔️ You stay safe

✔️ Gareth stays on schedule

✔️ Everyone gets looked after properly

We promise he still likes you all… just preferably from a safe distance while he’s working under pressure.
