New changes to the Chain of Responsibility (COR) laws came into play at the beginning of October and align closely with workplace health and safety laws.

The aim of COR laws is to ensure everyone in the supply chain shares responsibility if any breaches occur. Multiple parties can be held responsible for any breach or offences committed by drivers within the company.

It is no longer acceptable to say you didn't know, anyone and everyone can be held liable within the supply chain.

We want to help companies have measures in place that can keep track and record data of all their vehicles and drivers & to ensure the safety of their drivers.
