Hi guys I hope you are all well. We have had a fair few people coming in with hail damage from over the weekend. Just a reminder to come down and see us so we can guide you with what you need to do to come to us.

With the cost of living getting more and more expensive we would like to offer some help. Come down and see us and if you get your car repaired for hail damage at our shop we are willing to give you a 25% discount on your excess.

Make sure you check on your family and friends and if they need our help please make sure you pass on our details, so we can make sure everyone gets looked after the way they deserve.

P.S. Don't forget we are also NRMA preferred

Good morning everybody, we all hope you all had a great and safe weekend. We understand there was quite a bit of damage dealt with the hail over the weekend. If you have had your car damaged, before you speak to your insurer come down and see us for some advice.

Good morning everybody we hope you are well. Just letting you know we will be turning off power in our shop in about half an hour to to some maintenance work on our booth and we may not have power for the rest of the day. We will return to normal hours tomorrow. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We just wanted let you know we have been without power since around 6pm last night so we won't be opening today. Stay safe and we will be opening back up tomorrow power permitting.

Hi everybody, we hope everybody is staying nice and warm in this cold weather.

This is just a friendly reminder that we are NRMA preferred and have been for around 6 years now. We are getting told by a lot of customers that they cannot bring their car to us.

You most definitely can bring your car to us and that doesn't just go with NRMA. If you are unsure how to go around this and want to make sure that your car is being fixed by us please do not hesitate in coming in to see us or give us a call on 4751 6655 and speak to Mitch or Nicole.

We would greatly appreciate if people could share this status onto your page or even pass it on to family and friends if you know they are needing their car fixed.

We appreciate our community and our customers for thinking of us in a time of need when you need help. This is what we are here for.

Hi guys, We hope you all had a great Christmas and New Years.

We have had a lot of customers coming to us, asking us all sorts of questions about which Insurance companies we work for and have found some companies are giving our customers misleading information.

Even worse our customers are being forced into going to other shops and having to wait months before you can even get your car in to be looked at.

Please remember we are here to help and we deal with ALL insurance companies. We can get you in within a week or two and will get you your car back to you even before these other places would even have a chance to look at your car.

Thank you to a very thoughtful valued customer of ours Geoffrey from Rotary in the Lower Blue Mountains and Springwood.

The Smash Repairs industry is a very tough industry at times. We really appreciate Geoffrey and his support. Ian has been a staple in the Smash Repairs industry and has come a long way in the near 50 years that he has been helping customers and repairing their pride and joy.

A very well deserved reward for Ian's dedication and work ethic and we really appreciate the recognition Geoffrey has shown Ian with the nomination of this award.
