Please go show Chloe Bates and Dirt Track Girls some love and support
This one hits close to home for the Dirt Track Girls family 💙
Today, we stand with millions of people around the world affected by eating disorders and help raise awareness, understanding, and support.
This year, one of our own brave young racers was diagnosed with an eating disorder. Like so many families, it wasn’t something anyone expected. It reminded us that these illnesses don’t discriminate. They can affect anyone — regardless of age, gender, background, or whether they appear strong, successful, or happy on the outside.
Motorsport teaches us resilience, determination, and strength. But it also teaches us that it’s okay to ask for help when things get tough.
Behind every helmet, race suit, and smile is a person fighting battles we may never see.
Today, we want every young person, parent, racer, crew member, and supporter to know:
💙 You are not alone.
💙 Eating disorders are serious mental illnesses, not a choice.
💙 Recovery is possible.
💙 Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
As a community, let’s continue to look out for one another, check in on our mates, and create safe spaces where people feel supported both on and off the track.
Together, we can help break the stigma and start conversations that save lives.
If you’re struggling, please reach out. There is always support available, and there are people who care.
Our inbox is always open 💙
