Back to work full steam ahead tomorrow after 5 days off for a coating job after our HQ with a new motor drove with a trailer on for 700 kilometres and 3 days of racing for Allstars Drag and Drive. Two Willys Wash n Wax sponsored cars on their first outing after rebuilding both cars completed the whole weekend with 51UGG (blue HX) running 8.80’s and CUBES (bright green Torana) with no nitrous for this event in the 9.30’s aspirated.
This time next year we will be closed again for a week.

So I asked a painter friend if he could do me a wicked chunky metallic flake 70’s disco ball helmet as I’ve always wanted a wall of them, he said yes. The deal was it has to match my 1974 Holden Aquamarine HQ and I don’t want to see it until it’s done. A few images for reference sent to him and BOOM!!!! Absolutely nailed.
Get a coating on it soon.

HSV Clubsport all coated to help with the bugs living out where it does. Whole exterior coated, wheels, glass, plastic/rubber and the paint. It’s that slick the critters will slide right off.

Mustang GT nice and shiny after a detail and some animal claw marks taken care of on the paint. Interior freshened up, wheels glossy and black again. Unfortunately the silver decals are at their end of life so not much could be done to get those back to match the rest of the car.

Before the original looking orange S pack decals were re applied the owner needed the dirty dull white to be bright white and glossy again. This look is popping back up again and the XE definitely suits it.

We call it a sponsorship with my mates cars when they run my stickers but I’d do what I do on their cars anyway just to chip in. Yesterday this one got a little closer to our goal of a bunch of mates entering Allstars Drag and Drive when we went for a little test run with the new towing set up. Car is filthy but still looking shiny with that coating.

Audi RS was absolutely covered in tar up both sides and the back. Tar and swirls removed leaving the famous Audi grey deep and glossy. A coating was applied to seal it all up.
