🖤 Custom Gothic Hello Kitty 🖤
Made for a young lady

A 1.5m custom Gothic Hello Kitty board, completely handmade from start to finish.

This was a bit of a challenge for me, I started by freehand drawing the entire template before transferring it onto wood. It was also my first time using a jigsaw, so I tackled all the cut-outs myself, including the two matching bows that sit either side of the piece.

After cutting, I filled the wood grain and imperfections, sanded everything back, then high-filled the surface to get it as smooth as possible before paint.

Finished with white 2K DG, followed by many, MANY hours of carefully masking out the black sections using my original hand-drawn template.

From a blank sheet of wood to a 1.5m custom statement piece 🤍

Thank you! 🤓

Well, I kinda did a thing and change things up a little, this is my first time using a jigsaw.

The actual Hello Kitty board is yet to come, but I'm showing 2/3 boards that I've completed and are ready to hang.

(If your lucky you might see a snippet of the other board) 😅🤷🏼‍♀️

Enjoy 🥸

Hey guys been doing something a little different to the automotive painting but still requires using automotive paint..

I’ve been doing a little side gig of late and started a custom Gothic Hello Kitty room for a very young lady 🥰

So over the last few months I’ve got as far as painting the walls and adding the custom red pearl effect.

What’s next on the todo list is to start making up these custom boards to finish this room off and to wait for a few things to show up ✌🏻

I’m not a house/commercial painter by all means, this is the second time I’ve painted walls ✌🏻

I’ve been waiting so long to post this 😍

Owner recently sent in a video of his Harley split tank rebuild. After a long ten or so years it’s running!

Custom colour instead of being C.O.B black I was able to put a hint of copper pearl flake into the base 😍

Thank you so much for sending this in and for allowing me to put my own little spin on the colour formula!

Update on the chopped 105 Land Cruiser.

Body is ready to be be painted, after weeks of blocking polyester and high build. Unfortunately I will not be painting the Land Cruiser as hubby and I have moved on.

Corey got the motor back in and the cab has gone back onto the chassis 🥰 he’s done a great job!
Still a bit of work that needs to be done!

Myself, I’ve learnt about spray-bog/polyester, since I’ve done my time in crash repairs, now two restoration places. The two restorations places have been absolutely fantastic!

Thanks for having us Restorations by Darren Langley S.A

Hope it is all smooth sailing from here on!

It’s been a while since I’ve posted, we have made it to Adelaide (SA) safe and sound!
Almost three months has gone by! 😱

So here we go first paint job in Adelaide, painted the engine bay on a chopped 105 Land Cruiser.

Hubby and I currently work at the same place! Whilst he started with the chassis and wheels, he started putting the motor back together and all the other bits and bobs I wouldn’t have a clue about! 🤷🏼‍♀️
I’ve sorted the engine bay out so that the body can go back onto the chassis next week and Corey can continue with the engine rebuild 😍

It’s so nice to be working in a restoration shop

Last update on the Father and Daughter Ford F100 Restoration.

Yesterday/Sunday meant the world… I didn’t think getting to drive my fathers truck and going for a drive with him for the first time after he had his accident was ever going to be an option! As it was less then 36hours before we line up to aboard the boat. I’m so glad we made this happen. This will be a memory I’ll cherish and will be some time before I get to see loved ones again ❤️

My Father has pretty well got everything back together. Bonnet is on, his new furbished bench seat has been put in, new carpet and a storage box he had built himself to go behind his seat.

We gave the old girl a wax before we took her for a drive.

Good times

21 days left before we get on the boat to Australia!

Big thank you to Rennhaus Tasmania (Jacko) for letting us take up a spot in your workshop to make our dream happen ❤️ honestly I don’t think there is enough thank you’s in this world to let you know how much we appreciate you, what you do and what you have done for Corey and I!

Coreys been working his butt off rebuilding the motor (high performance motor) on our cruiser to get it sorted for the big trip ahead!

7 Days until the cruiser goes in to getting tuned, then all the little bits and pieces to sort out along the way..

❤️❤️❤️
