From big to small we do it all! Another engine swap rolling through the doors. This customer opted for a second hand 3rz engine to swap out his original 3rz.

Unfortunately his original motor blew a head gasket a long time ago, quick swap over and she will be back motoring again!šŸ¤šŸ½

Swapping all the good parts over to make sure he ends up with the best result possible.

- New air con idler pulley
- New water pump
- New exedy heavy duty clutch

New motor was from a 2nd automatic so we also had to swap the sump over to suit his 4wd

All new HD seals through out and all new High performance bearings!

If itā€™s not Terrain Tamer itā€™s not worth using!

Itā€™s not just replacing parts, we strip it right back to bare metal, sand, prep and resurface the swivels balls making sure all those little pits that build up over the years donā€™t cause your seals to leak again!

When I say we do it all, I mean we do it all!

Customer supplied ZD30 DI to swap out his old ZD30 DI

Due to a cracked head and multiple over heats the customer wanted to play it safe and swap in another motor while he gets his original one rebuilt and some performance goodies thrown at it

He bought it for $500 so we werenā€™t expecting anything special but when the engine was dropped off to us, we inspected it closer only to find the engine has had a full rebuild completed not all that long ago.

The young fella who has just bought the patrol it had come out of was a little to eager to TD swap it and definitely didnā€™t realise what was under the bonnetšŸ˜®

The industry is full of them. S**t mechanics and s**t workshops putting out s**t work for top dollar.

Iā€™ve noticed a huge influx of people getting fu**ed over by workshops. Expecting them to be maintaining their cars when they are only doing the bare minimum. We have gained a lot of new customers from other local workshops that are putting out terrible work and leaving the customers angry.

The mechanic industry is due for refresh and if things keep going the way they are going Iā€™m sure we will be seeing more of the s**t workshops going under and closing down soon.

Still running your factory Toyota airbox?! I can guarantee youā€™ve been dusting your motor and didnā€™t even realise itā€¦

Itā€™s one of those easily preventable modifications that gets overlooked time and time again and unfortunately it wreaks havoc on your engine.

If youā€™re chasing a budget friendly upgrade to stop the dusting Terrain Tamer 4WD have an air filter insert kit that fixes the issue.

Or if youā€™re wanting to do the ultimate upgrade and help the big V8 breathe an aftermarket air box is the best option!
