Some of you might recognise Jazmine from her 2021–2024 era, where she absolutely ran the show after school and on Saturdays at Attard Automotive — keeping the workshop spotless, assisting the team, and probably knowing where everything was better than the mechanics did.

After taking a quick break to smash out her VCE (we love an overachiever 🎓), Jazmine is officially back — this time full-time and upgraded to:

🚗 WANTED: Mechanic Extraordinaire (a.k.a. Car Whisperer, Bolt Wizard, Engine Therapist)

Are you the kind of person who can hear a weird noise and say, “Yep, that’s your left-hand wheel bearing”?
Do you consider check engine lights a personal challenge? If so, we want YOU.

🔧 About Us

We’re a busy workshop where:
Coffee is strong
And cars mysteriously “only started making that noise yesterday”
We fix everything from sensible daily drivers to “I watched a YouTube video so I tried it myself” projects.

🛠 The Role

You’ll be:

Diagnosing vehicles with Jedi-like precision
Performing repairs that make engines purr again
Explaining to customers (politely) that duct tape is not a long-term solution
Pretending not to judge the state of someone’s cabin air filter

🧰 You Bring

Mechanical qualifications (or wizard-level experience)
At least 5 years experience
The ability to find the 10mm socket
A sense of humour (mandatory)
A strong dislike of stripped bolts
Team spirit and solid work ethic

Contrary to opinions of the past Mechanics need to be good a math. Math is used everyday at the workshop and sometimes people just need to put Math into practice to be good at it. We cheer more women in getting into trades too!
