Moto Spectacular

And just like that, another Moto Spectacular is done. Thank you everyone that came along to the event on Sunday, we were blessed with perfect weather this year and it was great to see all the bikes, cars and members that came along for a fun filled day. These events are for the members and their families so I do hope everyone enjoyed the day. I know I did 🙂

I would like to echo the comments from others and thank the club helpers that are always there to make sure these events happen are as good as they are.To name but a few Kathy Exley, Clint Gipperich, David E Jones, David Thomas, Tim Ng, Phil Watkins, Paul Wilcocks, you guys go the extra mile and the events could not run without you. I would also like to thank the Austrian Club Melbourne for hosting us again, the staff are fantastic, the food delicious, the venue perfect and the assistance in setup and running of the event is absolutely invaluable. The Band, Tony Rebeiro & The Bureau thank you for making our first year together perfect, you guys were awesome.

A quick reminder of all the goodness that is waiting for you tomorrow!!

The awesome bike competition, delicious food, fantastic stands, amazing bikes to admire (Members bikes, Special bikes, custom bikes, classic bikes, race bikes...). You can buy Club Merchandise at discounted rates, Pay your club Membership, Pick-up a Membership card (if you don't have one) or get your current one stamped, have a club permit renewal signed. And of course the most important reason...to have fun!!

Along with the the awesome bike competition, delicious food, fantastic stands, amazing bikes to admire there are a few other reasons to come along to this years event. Just three short weeks till the 2019 Moto Spectacular. Its looking like heaps of fun with the new bike competition categories, the usual kid's entertainment, some new exciting guests and some very special bikes!!

As usual the Melbourne weather forecast has been playing tricks and causing mild concern in the lead up to Sunday, but also as is the tradition on Moto Spectacular day the weather now looks to be perfect.

There is still time to enter (See bottom of the email for the details) one or all of your bikes in the various categories to be in the running for some fantastic prizes we have lined up.

For example, 1st place in the Best Custom Build category is the following amazing prize pack from the club supporters:

-TKD Max Pack - 3 pairs Removable Protection System (RPS) Max Jeans in Blue, Black & Dirty Blue + Interchangeable Protective Cool Mesh Liner. An engraved 1St place CCJMC Beer Mug + Moto Spectacular Tee + Hat. Redmohawk Custom Works - 2 hours hydroblasting voucher, TKD $520 + Club Merch $100 + Redmohawk Voucher $ = over $620

Winning the Best WTF category gets you the following:

Whats happening on the day and why you should come down: The bike competition, TC Trickz stunt display at three times during the day, fantastic motorcycle apparel stalls such as TKD Jeans & Moto Femmes, some very special bikes from Mick Hone. Identitech are making personalised dog tags on request, DR Stunts/Transport to talk to and all the much loved club merchandise on sale.

All of this on top of the delicious food, beer and other drinks available from the Austrian Club, Ice cream truck, jumping castle for the kids, live music, catching up with & meeting new friends and of course all the amazing member bikes that will be eye candy on the day.

Hi All,

In a little under two weeks to go before we kick off another brilliant CCJMC Moto Spectacular at the Austrian club in Heidelberg west! A big part of the day is the bike competition, featuring the very popular People's choice award, the WTF and other popular categories.

If you have Classic Resto, Custom Build or something that's a little "different" the Moto Spectacular is the time to show off your bike by bringing it along and entering in one of the below listed categories.

Entries are now open for the following categories and we have some amazing prizes lined up with clothing from TKD Jeans, vouchers, merchandise and many other goodies.
