An important safety update for Snowy River Caravan owners.
We have issued a product safety recall on certain caravan models fitted with the SR-Xplore suspension system. For owners whose caravans are subject to this recall, we will do our utmost to have your caravans rectified as soon as possible so you can get back on the road with confidence.
Here's what matters most:
• Affected owners will be contacted directly by email/mail
• Information about this recall and instructions on booking your caravan for rectification will be sent in the email/mail notification.
• The inspection and repair of your SR-Xplore suspension arms is free of charge.
