Another Crusader back on the road!

This one came in with damage to the lower rear wall. We removed all the damaged timber, rebuilt the frame with new timber, re-sheeted the repaired section, and carried out a few minor modifications to improve the overall strength and finish while everything was apart.

Another front mould replacement completed! 👌

This Jayco Starcraft recently came into our workshop with stress fractures throughout the front plastic mould.

Over time, exposure to road vibrations, weather and general wear can cause plastic moulds to crack and deteriorate, affecting both the appearance and weather resistance of the caravan.

The damaged front mould was removed and replaced with a brand-new mould, restoring the van's clean finish and giving the front end a fresh new look.

A straightforward repair with a great result, and another customer ready to get back out and enjoy their next adventure with confidence.
