Following recent reporting, we can confirm that Australian Expedition Vehicles Pty Ltd, one of the entities trading as AEP Engineering, has entered voluntary administration. This process applies to Australian Expedition Vehicles Pty Ltd ๐ผ๐ป๐น๐ and continues in consultation with the appointed administrators. Other parts of the group continue to trade.
As part of this next phase, we have introduced two distinct brands for our continuing automotive and engineering operations:
โข ๐ก๐ค ๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ + ๐๐น๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐, specialising in fixed-price logbook servicing, fleet maintenance, and 4WD servicing, auto electrical, modifications, fit-out and certification.
โข ๐ก๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป ๐๐๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ ๐ง๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด, delivering mechanical design and innovation, sovereign capability development, project management and vehicle modification testing and compliance across the defence, mining and automotive sectors.
Both businesses continue to operate from our headquarters at 29 Mather Street, Mount Louisa, supported by the same core team.
