🚗 WE’RE HIRING – OFFICE/RECEPTION PERSON 🔧

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and organised person to join our team in a full-time office/reception role.
If you’re someone who enjoys dealing with people, keeping things organised and has a “can-do” attitude, we’d love to hear from you!
👇 Your day will include:
🔹 Greeting customers & confirming vehicle/job details
🔹 Booking vehicles into the workshop
🔹 Keeping customers updated on their vehicle
🔹 Responding to online bookings & emails
🔹 Invoicing & taking customer payments
🔹 General office duties
⭐ We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Is reliable, punctual & has a good attendance record
✅ Has great customer service & communication skills
✅ Is organised and comfortable using a computer
✅ Has a positive can-do attitude and isn’t afraid to pitch in
✅ Previous office/reception or Mechanic Desk software experience is a bonus, but not essential as fully training will be provided.
🕐 Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
