Last Saturday we held the two-handed race with 11 boats competing. We set course 6 - Green, Boughton, Toronto. Two yachts decided to fly spinnakers from Green to Boughton and then to Toronto - one of these was a single skipper - yep, Adam decided to sail Barney Cools single-handed and flew that big yellow kite for two legs. He started 7th and was leading half-way through, with Just Quietly gaining slowly. We had to shorten the race and finish at Green on third lap - Barney Cools stayed in front and took out first place. He was very glad he didn't have to put that kite up on his own a third time. Well done Adam and well done to all others who competed in this race.
