Mechanic/Auto Dismantler
South West 4wd an industry-leading Used Auto Parts supplier. We have seen above average growth throughout the business in recent times, hence the requirement for extra staffing. We supply high-quality used parts for most 4wd makes and models, with a specialty in Toyota, Nissan, Ford, Mazda and Mitsubishi
We are currently requiring an experienced Mechanic/Auto Dismantler to join our progressive team. Mechanical or Auto Dismantling experience is a must for the dismantling role. A forklift license is also an advantage.

This is a full-time position
As an auto dismantler, your role will include the following tasks:

• Dismantling vehicles on hoist
• Efficient removal of all parts including engine and transmission
• Washing parts
• Inspecting parts
• Tagging parts
• Removing tyres from rims

Skills and Experience:
• Experience working as a Mechanic or Auto Dismantler is essential
• Must have references showing previous experience
• Must have your own tools + ability to work on large array of vehicles
• Reliable and consistent work history
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong knowledge of vehicles and their parts

South West 4wd Parts Plus is a fast-growing 4x4 and passenger vehicle dismantler supplying quality new and used automotive parts nationwide. Our range includes fully tested engines and transmissions, and our reputation is built on knowledge, speed, and results.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a results-driven Automotive Parts Interpreter / Salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and wants to be rewarded for performance.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on converting enquiries into revenue and building long-term customer relationships.
You will:
• Quote, upsell, and close automotive parts sales
• Broker parts to meet customer demand quickly and profitably
• Handle high-volume phone and online sales enquiries
• Build repeat business with trade and wholesale customers
• Work toward clear sales targets with strong earning potential

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in automotive parts interpretation or parts sales (preferred)
• Strong mechanical and vehicle knowledge
• Confident phone manner with a natural sales instinct
• Motivated, target-driven, and hungry to earn
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
