Had a boat come in to have a Minn Kota bracket and a windscreen surround fab'd and fitted.

A boat trailer with old rusty taped up guards came to us. We cut off the old guards and angle supports(using mdf to protect the boat), welded new box supports in, rewelded the tie down points and fitted the supplied new plastic guards and painted.

This was a big job.. The welds on the stessl were undersize in certain areas and the frames had cracked off of the hull plate. The frames vibrated against the plate until it cracked and then it came to us.

We removed the fuel tank and floor, cut out the old hull plate and fitted new 5083 grade 4mm plate and welded it all back together repairing stringers and other cracked welds along the way. Refitted the floor and fuel tank and she's good to go.

This boat came in with a banged up and jammed ski pole. The top plate was mildly torn from someone else trying to remove the post.

After a small plate replacement to fix that we fitted a doubler to give it a bit more strength and refitted a new piece of extrusion and a new nylon sleeve for the ski pole. Chill the ski pole down to fit it and afew bolts later, its all good to go.

The customer came to me wanting a big custom roof rack to match his new canopy. We drew one up and knocked it out for him in no time.

The old fuel tank was full of holes and corrosion. We made a replica out of 4mm plate with all the new fittings.

This beast came in with a huge hit in the front end.

After stripping the carpet, batteries, charger and fuel tank out the front floor was cut out and foam removed. The bent hull plate, keel and chines were removed (staggering the joints). The new keel and chines were rolled and fitted, the new 4mm 5083 plate was cut, fitted and welded out.

After refitting the tank and batteries it was off to the mechanics for a new motor, wiring, etc
