New little rebuild project im pretty excited about , this L67 supercharged V6 is getting a new lease on life. A stage 3 rebuild , and an extra bit of boost with an 11 PSI charger pulley and belt kit. Sure it's not a race engine but this little beauty will make the trip to work a bit more fun

DONE!!!

Better late than never , a simple job a few weeks ago. Changing out this Morris Minor 1000's fly wheel. A flash back to the 60's with a 1 litre engine and a real piece British engineering. The gearbox only comes out if you remove the floor pan but is literally 40kgs at most. What a piece of history

DONE!!!! New client with a well ventured prado its literally been everywhere !!!. But the old aircon wasn't holding up and making a hell of racket. A bit of investigation showed the pressure switch had failed and the AC Compressor front seal was also not what she used to be. So with new parts, new gas and seals this old prado is running the coldest aircon on the block 👌.

Book in now so you can do the same

DONE!!!

The old reliable work van a 1990 hiace came in as a non runner. Was diagnosed as a dizzy cap that was replaced.....with the wrong type of cap 🤦‍♂️. Thats been sorted but still not running.

So after hours of sorting out wiring that our friends the commercial sparky *repaired* we had spark we had air but one final element wasn't coming to the party.

FUEL PUMP left the chat and this morning old reliable fired up and runs pretty sweet for it 35th birthday.

Open for servicing, repairs, aircon repairs etc 👌

The old D40 was a bit worse for wear with a cracked firewall around the clutch master cylinder. Engine, gearbox, shafts and drivers underdash removed. Repairs made by woods body repairs and all back together. Engine and an aircon service done for good measure and its back to work for the navara
