The first thing most new riders say to us:
“I’m scared I’ll drop the bike.”

The funny part?
Riders almost never drop a bike at speed.
They drop it standing still.

Motorcycles only balance when they move — which is why slow riding is actually the hardest skill you’ll learn.

Keep your knees in and your eyes looking ahead and not in front of the tyre is the key points.

Once this clicks, confidence goes up very quickly.

Well it is that time of the year again. It has certainly flown by.
Merry Christmas to all our past, present and future customers and hoping for a happy and safe New Year. Please take time to think about what Christmas is all about.
This Christmas marks 20 years for Roadskills. I am no longer doing driving lessons but Mark is still teaching bikes. We have lost count the number of riders Mark has trained but he is probably getting close to 5000 if I was to guess.
We want to say thank you for all those who put their trust in us and have recommended us to others, we really do appreciate it.
Here's to many more years to come. Mark has enjoyed meeting many riders and sharing his passion for defensive riding over the past 20+ years.
Here is a blast from the past, Mark and Dave Grainger, they would have been 19 or 20, riding speedway bikes. I think it was Maryborough speedway.
