MRF Mechanical will be shut until Thursday May 28th for a little holiday. After moving workshop over the Christmas break it has been a very busy time.

What a busy couple of weeks. Some of the vehicles that have been in for service and repairs including some performance and old school cars, trailer for suspension and brake repairs, motor home and everything else in between.

A classic HZ Holden V8 was in for a lot of work after being off the road for about 25 years.
All front end bushes replaced, all brakes replaced as well as some other mechanical work carried out to get it closer to getting back on the road.

With everything going on with fuel prices and shortages and government saying they are going to lower quality of fuel please keep in mind this is not doing your vehicle any favours.
Fuel filters will be getting recommended to be replaced more often on diesel vehicles like this one pictured here. Cheaper than replacing your engine.

Been a busy few weeks and been a little slack on posting. Couple of the vehicles in, everything from vans and motor homes, to a very low km time capsule VT Commodore, to old school Ford Fairlane and some general servicing.

Had Vicky’s van in this week for a suspension upgrade in the rear. With the extra weight over the rear axle it was pretty low. Heavy duty suspension kit got it back up to normal height and travel.
