Last Friday we had Matt’s beautiful 45 in for some work on the Dyno.
Matt’s just done a Ground up resto on this thing and jeez it came up looking great.
We rebuilt the mighty 2F a few years back and it’s finally all together and driving.
After some testing on the dyno the Carby just wasn’t playing the game for us and needed some changes.
Matt took it home and will come back for a for a tune up once everything’s sorted.

No patrol but how good is this!

The old forklift motor went rods out in this customers car pushin that 300+, new Billet stroker build is ready to swap in monday morning. Quick swap over and we will have this customer ready to head to cape in his big Super tourer. Nothing beats these old girls 😉

Been quiet on the socials, so here’s some stuff that’s been going on in the shop the last month or so.
Hayden’s Billet 42 finished up today and heading back to QLD
Bens spicy Stroker TD we finished up and sent back to Melbourne today also.
Dylan’s GU ute we did a freshen up on, (which he picked up and done his run in kms that night so we could tune it the next day) crazy ahah.
And a nice 1HDT package we done, R&R the engine and sent him back to sydney for Ethan to tune for us.

Busy as always here and plenty happening like usual.

I can’t believe how far the drift car has come and still yet to go it’s an absolute animal to drive and I honestly cannot thank Currie Bros Engine Reconditioners enough Sam believed in me from the very first comp I entered witch I went on to win the first series thanks Sam 🫶 can use all do me a favour and Jump over to him page and show them some love they do unreal work and know td42s like no one else

Back into the swing of things after the Break, First few weeks have been full on with Phones going crazy, workshop upgrades, Dyno tuning, TD cooling packages, and jobs on top of jobs.

Here’s some of our first projects for the year. Carters TD42T well underway, and Simons little 22R Toyota, with a little cam package to help it along.

Merry Christmas,

What a Year it’s been,
Thankyou too all our Customers, Suppliers and everyone in-between for such a huge year for Currie Bros.
The last Few weeks have been crazy and the boys have been passing themselves going back the other way trying to get everything done before Santa comes.

Thanks for everyone being so patient after such a crazy year.

We are taking a well deserved break and will return to work on January 5th
