Steber International’s Alan Steber has just signed an MOU with West Coast Marine Yacht Services based in Mumbai, India.
The agreement will see Steber intellectual property used in the electrification of a fleet of hybrid boats.
NSW Premier, Chris Minns witnessed the signing.
Constructed in India utilising Steber’s technical assistance to design and power the boats, the project will help reduce carbon emissions in India’s maritime environment.

NSW Premier, Chris Minns, was more than impressed during his visit to Steber International’s Taree factory this week.
During his site tour he inspected our Electric Hybrid prototype, an export dive vessel bound for Dubai, various Australian Defence projects as well as two major commercial vessels under construction.
