🐴 THIS IS WHY I DO WHAT I DO! ❤️

A new client reached out to me about her mare, who she had recently got back after three months. I won’t go into the details of the mare’s history or everything that had been happening with her hooves, as that’s not what this post is about.

When I first attended to this mare, I would have rated her discomfort at a 9 out of 10. Being kind in her movements, she was extremely uncomfortable standing and walking.

With the right care, attention to detail and appropriate shoeing techniques, we can make a significant difference to a horse’s comfort, movement and overall wellbeing.

The video I’m sharing was sent to me just three days after my visit. ❤️🐎

Unfortunately, I don’t have a video of her before I started working on her, but seeing this progress is what makes all those early mornings, late finishes and hours spent continuing to learn and improve my skills worthwhile.

Every horse deserves to be as comfortable as possible, whether they’re a high, performance athlete or simply a much loved paddock companion.

This is why I get up early, finish late and keep striving to improve my knowledge and skills. It’s not just about trimming hooves or putting shoes on, it’s about making a positive difference to the horse standing in front of me.

Moments like this remind me exactly why I’m so passionate about what I do.

Thank you to my clients for trusting me with your horses and allowing me to be part of their journey. 🙏❤️

🐴❤️ 1.1K FOLLOWERS — THANK YOU! ❤️🐴

I just wanted to take a moment to say a HUGE thank you to all my amazing clients, new and old, and everyone who has been following my little business journey! 🙏🤠

I’ve just hit 1.1K followers, and while that might not seem like a big deal to some, it means a lot to me! ❤️

Behind every photo is a lot of hard work, long days, dedication and a genuine passion for keeping horses comfortable, sound and performing at their best.

I’m proud of how far Redemption Lodge Farrier Service has come, and I couldn’t do it without the support of you all!

Hi to all my fabulous clients! 🐴❤️

Unfortunately, I picked up a really bad virus on Sunday afternoon and I’ve been stuck in bed ever since. 🤒🛌

I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and really appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while I recover.

Hopefully, I’ll be back on track ASAP. I’m definitely looking forward to getting back to 100% strength and back to doing what I love sooner rather than later! 💪🐴

Thanks again for your understanding and support — it means a lot. ❤️

A late lunch at Mojoz Cafe in Johns River today! 🍔🐔🥓

Had the ranch grilled chicken and bacon burger with a few chips and a Coke to wash it all down. The staff were fabulous too! 😋👌

Awesome little place, great feed and definitely worth stopping in if you’re passing through!

I’m giving lunch a 10/10 highly recommend stopping in and trying it for yourself! 🤙🍔🥤

Stocked up on licorice treats! 🍬🐴 20 bags ready to keep my clients’ horses happy after their hooves have been trimmed and shod. 😂

A good job deserves a little reward! Nothing like finishing the feet and having a happy horse waiting for their licorice treat. 🐴❤️

I reckon I might have a few four-legged clients that are more excited to see me for the treats than the actual shoeing! 😂🤠
