YAMAHA TÉNÉRÉ 700 / T7 ECU REFLASH – EURO 5+
Late 2026–2027 Models | Standard T7 & World Raid
SSS MOTORCYCLES is pleased to offer ECU reflashing for the latest late-2026 and 2027 Yamaha Ténéré 700 / T7 Euro 5+, including both Standard T7 and World Raid models.
The latest Euro 5+ models incorporate additional emissions monitoring, meaning the ECU needs to be correctly configured when changing certain exhaust components or removing the catalytic converter.
ECU FLASH OPTIONS
STAGE 0 – CATALYTIC CONVERTER MONITORING DISABLE
Our Stage 0 ECU reflash is designed for riders who have fitted an aftermarket/decat exhaust system and require the catalytic converter monitoring functionality to be disabled within the ECU.
When the catalytic converter is removed on these latest Euro 5+ models without the appropriate ECU changes, engine warning lights and associated fault codes will appear.
Stage 0 features:
Catalytic converter monitoring disable
Designed for aftermarket/decat exhaust systems
Prevents associated catalyst-monitoring fault codes and engine warning lights
Retains essentially standard engine performance calibration
Ideal if you simply require the necessary ECU changes after modifying the exhaust
STAGE 1 – PERFORMANCE ECU REFLASH

For riders wanting more than the Stage 0 functionality, our Stage 1 performance ECU reflash is available now.
Stage 1 provides a performance-focused calibration matched to the motorcycle's configuration.
Stage 1 features:
Optimised fuel mapping
Optimised ignition mapping
Improved throttle response
Improved overall rideability
Calibration matched to your exhaust configuration
Catalytic converter monitoring disable where required
Developed to suit Australian & New Zealand fuels

STAGE 2 – GYTR / BOOST AIRBOX ECU REFLASH
ARRIVING DECEMBER
Our Stage 2 performance calibration is currently in development and is scheduled for release in December.
Stage 2 is being developed specifically for the Yamaha GYTR Performance Airbox and Boost Airbox System, with calibration changes designed around the increased airflow characteristics of these performance intake systems.
Suitable exhaust configurations will also be catered for within the Stage 2 calibration.

SSS Motorcycles is looking for a qualified Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team in Tamworth.

This position is particularly suited to someone who is passionate about motorcycles and wants to further their skills in engine performance, ECU tuning and dyno operation.

We are looking for someone who already has a solid mechanical background but wants to take the next step into the performance side of the motorcycle industry.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• General motorcycle servicing, diagnostics and repairs
• Engine rebuilding and performance modifications
• Performance exhaust and intake installation
• ECU and fuel-injection diagnostics
• Dyno operation and testing
• Air/fuel ratio analysis and data logging
• ECU reflashing and calibration
• Performance development and troubleshooting
• Working with a wide variety of motorcycles and performance projects

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Previous dyno or ECU tuning experience is an advantage, but not essential.

For the right qualified motorcycle mechanic, we are prepared to provide training and help develop your skills in dyno operation, engine tuning and ECU calibration.

This is an opportunity to move beyond standard servicing and repairs and develop specialised skills in an increasingly technical area of the motorcycle industry.
