Let's cut to it — this isn't your average workshop job ad.

If you're a qualified technician sick of long weeks, average pay, and workshops that feel like a grind… we built something different.

📅 THE WEEKEND (yes, really) We run a 4-day week — standard 38 hours, just compressed. That means a 3-day weekend, every single week. Not once a fortnight, not as a reward for overtime — every weekend, guaranteed. Come recharge, chase your hobbies, spend real time with family — then come back sharp and ready to do great work.

💰 THE MONEY Award rate for a tech is $29/hr. We're paying $40+/hr. We believe A-players deserve to be paid like A-players — simple as that.

✈️ THE TRAINING Once a year, the whole team heads interstate for major manufacturer/diagnostic training — flights, luxury accommodation and all meals covered, as a team. We invest in you because better techs make a better workshop.

🛠️ THE TOOLS You'll be working with some of the best gear in the game, including our Autel scan tool with full ADAS calibration capability. We don't cut corners on equipment, so you don't have to cut corners on the job.

🏆 THE WORK We service most makes and models — but where we genuinely stand out is European. Think BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Porsche and the like — the vehicles most workshops in the region shy away from and send straight to the dealer. We don't. We've built our name on being the shop that actually knows how to work on them properly.

That means your day isn't spent on the same basic services on the same basic cars — it's real diagnostic work, real problem-solving, on some of the most advanced, well-engineered vehicles on the road. If you want to sharpen your skills on late-model Europeans and actually be challenged, this is where that happens.

😄 THE TEAM We're a small, tight crew (you'd be our 4th) and our culture is honestly one of our biggest drawcards. Genuine people, good banter, low-stress environment, quality over quantity. Quarterly team-building events, a proper coffee station, sweet treats, birthday cake — the little things that add up to a great place to actually enjoy your workday.

🌡️ THE WORKSHOP Evap cooling in summer, diesel heating in winter. You'll be comfortable all year round.

👤 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're after someone who: ✅ Has a minimum of 3 years post-trade experience (exceptional younger techs will still be considered) ✅ Takes pride in high-quality, detail-oriented work ✅ Is trustworthy, reliable and has a strong work ethic ✅ Communicates well and gets along with a close-knit team ✅ Can work independently and wants to grow with a business that's going places ✅ Wants to be part of a genuine "A Team" — not just clock in, clock out
