BMW M10 cams!... Finally got the first pictures of something we have been working on recently. Its a roller cam conversion for m10. Following the success of the m20 kit a few years ago we have gained a lot of knowledge on how to make a successful and reliable roller setup. The big advantage of a roller cam is not actually the rollers as such its the fact we can alter the geometry and achieve faster valve opening speeds and MUCH greater lift!! the reduces friction and roller follower is a little side bonus as is the ability to last and withstand long periods at high RPM. The latest design is actually exactly the same weight as the oem rocker!

We have had a run of beautiful Porches' this year. All receiving our ITBs wiring and ECU upgrades. This car of Michaels is very special! Absolutely immaculate restoration by the guys at ZAG Aoto and once our ITBs went on it now has performance and a GLORIOUS sound track to match!

I dont get a lot of time for new product development these days with orders business and family taking up almost all my available time! HOWEVER we do still have a few new products arriving. First is our BMW m20/ m30/ m88 CAM trigger kit.

Kits are supplied with two adapters so a large range of different sensors can be fitted. Or kits can be supplied with a genuine Bosch sensor, HALL or VR.

There is also two different trigger configurations. The first is a fixed position single tooth that can be configured with all known ecu brands and fixed position allows the tune configurations to be swapped and shared amongst users.

The second style uses a 24-1 multi tooth CAS style trigger. This can be configured to give full sequential operation from a single cam trigger directly, eliminating the need for a crank trigger altogether. AND eliminating the need to find the highly elusive toothed front dampers!! Most leading brands of stand alone ECU will support this trigger type, and in reality works very well.
