🚜💙 OVER $78,000 RAISED FOR LITTLE WINGS & MELANOMA INSTITUTE AUSTRALIA!💙🚜

What an incredible day for Road & Rail Excavations!

We were proud to organise a Charity Tractor Run in support of Little Wings and Melanoma Institute Australia, bringing our work family, friends and community together for an unforgettable day — raising an incredible over $78,000 for charity!🙌

With 50 tractors taking part in the run, it was an amazing sight as everyone came together to support these important causes. 🚜

After the tractor run, everyone gathered at Road & Rail Excavations HQ for an afternoon of celebrations, joined by several stunning vintage and sports cars. 🏎️✨

A huge thank you to everyone who participated, donated and helped make the day such a huge success. ❤️

We’re incredibly proud to support Little Wings, who help seriously ill children and their families, and Melanoma Institute Australia, dedicated to melanoma research, prevention and treatment. 💙

Over $78,000 raised. 50 tractors. Incredible cars. Two amazing causes. One incredible community. 🚜❤️

Construction Update:

📍 Remote construction savannah, regional NSW

The Excavators are still parked. The dominant male operator announced he was departing briefly to answer nature's call. Curiously, moments later, the second male operator followed. Several hours have now passed.

The supervisor suspects they may have migrated south to escape the heat and seek out favourable breeding grounds.

🚛 Our new Vac Trucks. Lined up.

These specialised pieces of equipment have recently joined our fleet, strengthening our in-house NDD capability and giving our teams even greater capacity to support our growing workload across electrical, water, mixed utilities and major infrastructure projects.

⚡ Project Award – Penrith Boost BESS ⚡
Road & Rail Excavations is proud to announce the award of the Penrith Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project by our valued client,

Commencing last week, our team has been engaged to deliver the project’s civil infrastructure and internal reticulation works, supporting the development of critical energy storage infrastructure that will strengthen grid reliability and help support Australia’s energy transition.

The scope includes extensive civil construction, trenching and conduit installation, underground services infrastructure, site establishment and supporting works required to deliver this important renewable energy project.

As our renewable energy portfolio continues to grow, we’re excited to partner with Ausconnex and contribute to another key piece of Australia’s future energy network.

A huge thank you to the Ausconnex team for the opportunity and trust in Road & Rail Excavations. We look forward to delivering a safe and successful project.

What a day for Road & Rail Excavations — our Tractor Charity Run was an incredible success! 🚜💛

Thanks to an amazing community turnout, we raised well over $73,000, smashing our original target of $20,000.

A huge shoutout to The Lost Backpackers for keeping the energy high all day, and to everyone who contributed. This event wouldn’t have reached these heights without the people who helped and participated.

This day was all about community and raising funds, and we are proud to stand behind two incredible causes: Little Wings and Melanoma Institute Australia.
