Who doesn’t love a good shed build? Especially when they come out like 73 . He built it himself with spares and bits he had stashed in the shed and had a hell of a time building it, I love the way it sits, it’s short, stout and commands attention with the thick sawtooth cat squisher tyres. It shows what can be achieve with enough drive. We made one of the best lights in our arsenal the and he mounted fit straight off his plate mount bracket and I think you nailed it mate. Thanks for the support on this killer build đŸ”„đŸ–€

Hats are of to for building this killer 61 as Josh says it’s made in America but refined here in Australia. Josh has used as many Australian makers as he could find with the build starting with us,
We gave Josh the works starting with a , number plate holder, fuel cap, shift k**b, maggy cover and p***y magnet. Sean from sorted the bars and carb support.
The lads from sorting his foot clutch dreams and seat spring perches.seat.co stitching a beautiful solo seat and p pad. Josh knew Tony from had an 18'
springer and we think it sits perfectly. The perfect peach was laid down by
at this wizard has
done it again, thanks to for massaging the fender, Josh also wants to thank he
would literally give you the motor out of his bike if you let
him as well as .development for sorting the frame and wheels. Seeing this bike built from the ground up makes me so proud, all the hard work, late nights and packets of money finally becoming worth it on that first ride, Thanks for supporting your local JERK congratulations and enjoy đŸ‘đŸ»đŸ’ȘđŸ»đŸ–€ #

Oh have we got a treat for you, feast on this 1951 Harley Davidson Panhead, built by and his two mates that own Enter and Exit garage in China, Working on a all custom motorbikes and vintage Harleys. These guys are out the forefront of an emerging chopper scene in China and they are also the brains behind Chi Cheng show which aims to embrace & promote custom motorcycle culture and tattoo competitions. Go check it out.
Back to the bike with ,
The Panhead was bought in 2017, the previous owner got kind of crazy about the old engines leaking, as we all know old HD stuff does, so the engine got some attention. The bike took over 1.5 years to complete due to moving into a larger work space and lockdowns.
The foundations of the bike are that of traditional style chopper, the bar is wide and chill, factory length forks sitting just right. The color is chosen was Orange as I wanted it to be more bright and simple, the paint work was done by them too . They spent Two weeks molding or sculpting, sand, putty.etc, removed/covered all the welding marks, it was the most paitence-challenging part say’s Zuo His favorite part are those exhaust pipes, which they made in house. The angle is set perfectly so as the sissybar. The frame was factory standard, the bar risers is by VEE Choppers , the seat and pillion pad is by River Seat Company .seat.company , the air filter is by , and the taillight lens and LED is by The Hypnic Jerk He would Also like to thank Good Motorcycles , Todd Asin and Lee Carter , who supplied advice and guidance during the building process. We reckon someone has to put this in print 😍 What an amazing build and start to the foundations of the Chopper Scene in China. Thanks for supporting your not so local JERK đŸ–€

We just had to show off the overhaul by for his 72 shovel-head. The motor is a 1340 with jockey shift and foot clutch, he doesn't run front brakes because "we die like real men"
Originally built by Matty stripped it down for a mini revamp that got out of hand.
He’s done a full strip down and start again in the end (even though it didnt need it)
It's a santee wishbone frame based off an old panhead frame.
Choosing the Aussie made jones from tank which he painted himself with help from his partner Renae
Matty drew inflienee from j*p choppers so the whole revamp was heavily influenced by that Japanese flavour. Watching this unfold in his stories over the past few months has been great to see.
We met Matty at Sydney hot rod show and he told me he needed to be running one of our . I was more than oblige and I also made him a dope cold cast points cover to suit.
Matt’s pretty handy and has made a tonne of new s**t on it couple things being the shifter, the kicker pedal , stainless steel hard oil lines and the whole exhaust from scratch. I love this bike and it’s classic style and can’t wait to see it next weekend in person at Thanks for the ongoing and constant support mate đŸ–€

We want to wish you all Happy holidays and New year. This last year was tough going through a global pandemic, having our accounts hacked and very few shows or swap meets permitted to go forward. But we got through it. We have grown so much in this weird time due to the constant and ongoing support by everyone either buying a product, liking, sharing or referring us to a mate. Without it the doors wouldn’t have stayed open. Be safe out there and kind to one another. Go make your dreams happen. Thank you all and we will be back to work it shortly. đŸ–€
