Not all engine problems are visible… until you take them apart. 🔧

This Alfa Romeo Giulia came into the workshop with a failed water-to-air intercooler, which is integrated into the intake manifold. Coolant contamination and carbon build-up had taken their toll on the intake system.

Our repair included:
✅ Replacing the faulty integrated intercooler
✅ Removing the intake manifold
✅ Walnut blasting the intake ports and valves to remove stubborn carbon deposits
✅ Cleaning the intake runners and throttle body
✅ Reassembly with new seals and thorough testing

The before and after photos speak for themselves. Restoring proper airflow doesn’t just improve performance—it helps ensure smoother operation and long-term reliability.
